Workshop Series
This is a Nervous-System–Informed Workshop for Reconnecting with Your Body and Understanding Your Internal SignalsMany of us were never taught how to work with our nervous system—only how to push through stress. Over time this can leave us feeling overstimulated, tense, or disconnected from the signals of our own body.Connecting to Her is a three-session experiential workshop series designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and better understand how your nervous system responds to stress, connection, and rest.Through gentle, choice-based practices and guided reflection, participants learn to notice internal signals, explore patterns of activation and regulation, and develop practical tools that support greater presence and steadiness in daily life. The practices in this workshop are informed by research on the nervous system, interoception, somatic and trauma-informed approaches. In this workshop, “Her” refers to the part of us that communicates through sensation, intuition, and the signals of the body. This is not therapy. It’s an educational and experiential space grounded in nervous system awareness, relational safety, and embodied curiosity. No prior experience with nervous system or somatic work is required.
You are feeling burnt out and overstimulated
You feel your body holding more tension but don't know how to release it
You find yourself reacting rather than responding with loved ones
You feel guilt and shame after moments when you aren't as patient as you wanted to be
You feel you are in constant “auto-pilot"
You want to slow down, and find grounded peace in stressful moments but don’t know how to
You want to learn more about your body signals, what they mean, and how you can work with them
Many of us were never taught how to work with our nervous system — only how to push through stress. This workshop offers a different approach.
